Jenny Lake
One of (if not) the most scenic and accessible of the alpine lakes in Teton Valley

This challenging 7.4 out-and-back hike features alpine lake views on the way, plenty of rock scrambling and screaming pika, and a major reward/view at the top. Worth it every time.

Approx. 2300 feet of elevation gain
Challenging, recommended for those with generally good physical fitness - you will get sweaty - something to consider for photos and clothing choice

The Wedding Tree
A popular and sentimental spot for small wedding ceremonies. Named after two trees whose branches grew together and perfectly framed the Tetons.

In Bridger-Teton National Forest
Small walk from a parking lot - approx. 40 minutes from Jackson
Accessible year round, snow tires recommended in winter months
Grand sweeping views of the Gros Ventre (pronounced “grow vont”) River and the Teton Range
Reservations for ceremonies are required at least 30 days in advance



Shadow Mountain
All the views, without the crowds.
A local spot known for camping, biking, cross country skiing, and horse back riding
Located 25 miles north east of Jackson, in Bridger-Teton National Forest
Typically accessible May 1 through November 31st

Oxbow bend, Snake River Overlook, Glacier View, Teton Point - the options are many.
