The story of your wedding/elopement is unique and personal. Because of this, I don’t subscribe to a specific photography formula or a checklist of shots to cross off. I believe in capturing the events of the day naturally as they unfold. I want you to look back on your photos and feel the excitement/chaos/happiness/humor/etc. of the day, exactly as it was.

Personal & Meaningful

Small things can make a difference. And seemingly trivial things, often aren’t. Because of this, I want to know what’s important to you and more importantly, why. I spend a lot of time getting to know my clients leading up to the event so that I can focus on the things that help make their day special.

Unobtrusive & Unposed

The day is yours, not mine. As your photographer, my goal is to capture the real story of your day. Without posing or staging. Without interference or artifice. This is accomplished through an artistic eye, thoughtful observation, empathy, and the sensitivity required to pick up on the meaningful looks. The happy tears welling up. The bursts of laughter. Through a candid and photojournalistic style of photography, I’ll capture that unique mood and atmosphere for a meaningful visual story.
